This program is ideal for those who want to drive their future success in end-to-end supply chain management.

The Opportunity

Learn from industry experts in sustainability, procurement, quality, manufacturing, logistics, planning, and engineering. Work at the centre of it all, building your international acumen by connecting with our Business Units and Global Supply Chain Leadership Team. Gain practical experience in supply chain excellence by working on challenging tasks, projects, and completing numerous trainings in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including interdependencies and interconnectedness between different areas.
  • Gain industry-specific knowledge and leverage the experience of experts in our different locations and Opcos.
  • Work on challenging tasks and projects, applying learnings in practical ways to make an impact.

Requirements

  • Strong technical academic background; Master's in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or Business Administration.
  • Strong proficiency of business English and local language.
  • Maximum of one to two years of experience in supply chain, business administration, or manufacturing environments.
  • Eagerness to take on global projects and temporary international relocation opportunities.

Program Structure

The program is a special 18-month program, split into three six-month rotations on the job, normally in three different countries, in three different supply chain areas. You will spend the first six months at your home location gaining on-the-job experience, then several months in some of our international plants and locations, and finally, you will attend the YPP Academy Weeks focused on job-specific learning and personal development.
