Ernest and Florent, a leading real estate consultancy, is seeking an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their supportive team in Manchester or Leeds.

The role of the Senior Quantity Surveyor

You will be part of a team of 10 Quantity Surveyors across the two offices, working on a range of projects including office fit-out, warehouse fit-out, low-rise residential, student accommodation, and life sciences.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects from concept to completion, supporting junior colleagues on site and in the office, and driving performance within the team.

The ideal candidate will have a BSc/MSc in Quantity Surveying or a RICS-accredited degree, with experience working on commercial projects and a strong understanding of pre- and post-contract knowledge.

In return, you can expect a competitive salary of £60,000-£70,000, 26 days' paid annual leave, an excellent bonus scheme, a competitive pension scheme, private healthcare cover, hybrid and flexible working, and RICS membership paid.
