Senior Quantity Surveyor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Henry Martin Group, a leading Tier 1 main contractor in the UK. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a crucial role in delivering major residential projects in Leeds.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing all commercial aspects of our projects, including cost planning, procurement, and contract management. You will work closely with our talented team of industry professionals to ensure project success and collaborate with clients to deliver high-profile residential developments.

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of £70,000 - £85,000, plus benefits and opportunities for career progression. If you are a driven and ambitious professional looking to take the next step in your career, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage commercial aspects of residential projects, including cost planning and procurement
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver project success
  • Work closely with our commercial team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor in a similar role
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage complex projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
