Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Senior Deputy Director to lead our Regional Public Health team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will provide strategic guidance and direction to improve public health outcomes across the South East Region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of regional public health strategies to reduce health inequalities and promote healthy lifestyles.
  • Collaborate with local authorities, NHSE, ICBs, and other stakeholders to drive health improvement initiatives.
  • Mentor and develop a team of public health professionals to achieve excellence in health service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Hold a medical degree or equivalent qualification in public health medicine.
  • Have significant experience in leading public health teams and developing strategic plans.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
