Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop digital learning content using a variety of multimedia and e-learning tools.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to align priorities and leverage data and analytics to measure and optimize learning outcomes.
  • Utilize a range of instructional design trends and technologies to create innovative learning solutions.
  • Develop and apply metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of digital learning programs.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Development Team and business stakeholders to align digital learning solutions with organizational standards and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in delivering instructional and digital learning design for curriculums and individual interventions.
  • Effective consultative skills, including influencing and negotiation, and the ability to build solid, credible relationships quickly.
  • Ability to bounce back from setbacks quickly, proactive problem-solving skills, and critical thinking.
  • Enhanced written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex subjects and tell compelling stories.
  • Strong data analysis skills, collaboration skills, and proficiency in building SCORM, video, and animation, with an understanding of Web 3 design principles and AI.
