About the Job Description

This role involves planning and prioritising prospecting campaigns, sales activities, and employer engagement to generate and develop new leads. The successful candidate will be personally accountable for agreed apprenticeship enrolment targets and build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with employers.

The post holder will play an important role in developing the College's apprenticeships and Adult provision and helping the College to achieve its ambitious growth targets.

We are looking for someone who can maximise opportunities for growth and income generation by engaging with employers and achieving all recruitment targets. A good understanding of apprenticeships and Adult provision is essential, as well as significant experience working in employer engagement.

The estimated salary for this role is around £42,000 per annum, based on market rates and industry standards.
