As an Outreach Tutor for Prospero Teaching, you will be responsible for delivering bespoke education packages on a 1:1 basis to young people who are not attending school in the Chelmsford area.

The ideal candidate must be able to create, plan, and deliver tailored lessons to bridge gaps in pupils' education and boost engagement and attainment levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, one-to-one tuition to students
  • Create engaging lesson plans to meet individual students' needs
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistency and quality of teaching
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance

Requirements:

  • Degree in Education or related field
  • Teaching qualification (e.g., QTS, PGCE)
  • Experience working with students who require additional support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
