About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team and contribute to our mission of providing top-quality produce. In this role, you'll work closely with our operations, commercial, and procurement teams to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality produce to customers.

You'll be responsible for supporting technical managers with data entry, report generation, and analysis, as well as building strong relationships with internal teams and external suppliers. Your focus will be on driving customer-focused technical agendas and ensuring compliance with customer and supplier specifications.

We're looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for quality and innovation. If you have a formal technical qualification in produce or food industry, that's a plus

In return for your hard work, you can expect a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. This role is perfect for those looking to develop their skills and work alongside experienced technical managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support technical managers with data entry, report generation, and analysis
  • Collaborate with the operations, commercial, and procurement teams to deliver high-quality produce
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external suppliers
  • Drive customer-focused technical agendas and ensure compliance with customer and supplier specifications
Requirements
  • Positive, inquisitive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • A formal technical qualification in produce or food industry (experience is a plus but not required)
  • Right to work in the UK and a valid driver's license
