Job Title: Military Claims Solicitor

We are seeking an experienced Solicitor to join our team as a Military Claims Solicitor. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload of military claims against the Ministry of Defence, as well as industrial disease claims where required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of complex and high-value military claims, as well as industrial disease claims where appropriate.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of the technical issues involved in dealing with military claims, including knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules and relevant legislation.
  • Take individual responsibility for a caseload of military claims, both litigated and pre-litigated, alongside responsibility for industrial disease claims where appropriate.
Requirements:
  • Excellent understanding of all aspects of litigation in personal injury, specifically military claims and knowledge of industrial disease claims.
  • Ability to manage a high workload while maintaining a solid understanding of litigation and the Civil Procedure Rules.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
