Clinical Trial Coordinator

Fortrea is seeking a highly motivated and organized Clinical Trial Administrator to join our team in London. As a key member of our clinical development team, you will be responsible for supporting the management of clinical trials across various therapeutic areas.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as the primary point of contact for project teams and study sites, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
- Perform comprehensive CRF reviews against established data review guidelines, utilizing management systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Assist with the management of study supplies, coordinating shipments and ensuring timely delivery.
- Develop, update, track, and maintain study-specific trial management files, tools, and systems, ensuring compliance with Fortrea SOPs and regulatory requirements.
- Support local project team members with administrative tasks, including payments to investigators, correspondence with clients, and preparation of status reports.
- Coordinate meetings with clients, investigators, and project team members, including taking minutes and ensuring accurate documentation.
- Ensure compliance with Fortrea SOPs, FDA, ICH, and GCP regulations for clinical conduct in all aspects of daily work.
- Contribute to the development of Monitoring Conventions as assigned.
- Assist in submissions and notifications to Ethics Committees and Regulatory Authorities.
- A minimum of 12 months of Clinical Research Admin experience from a CRO or Pharma company - This is essential.
- Basic understanding of biology and biological processes.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
