About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a key member of our site management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

As Assistant Site Manager, you will work closely with the Site Manager to manage all aspects of the building site, including health and safety, trades and material coordination, site presentation, and cost control. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all site operations are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Site Manager in the overall management of the site
  • Ensure that all site operations are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Manage health and safety on site, including conducting regular site inspections and ensuring that all necessary safety procedures are in place
  • Coordinate trades and materials, including scheduling and ordering
  • Ensure that all site presentation is maintained to a high standard
  • Monitor and control costs, including tracking expenses and ensuring that all site operations are carried out within budget
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Relevant experience in site management, preferably in the construction industry
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety procedures and protocols
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
