Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives and drive growth
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Monitor and control store inventory, stock levels, and merchandise displays

Requirements:

  • Proven retail management experience, preferably in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and communication
  • Basic knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management and stock control
