Job Title: Clinical Psychologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Derbyshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will work closely with our experienced psychologists and multi-disciplinary teams to provide assessment and interventions for adults with learning disabilities and autism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans for individuals with learning disabilities and autism
  • Provide evidence-based interventions and therapies to support individuals and their families
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to develop and implement service plans
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of new services to meet the needs of individuals with autism
  • Participate in research and service development to improve outcomes for individuals with neurodevelopmental needs

Requirements:

  • Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology or related field
  • Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
  • Experience working with adults with learning disabilities and autism
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team
