We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Highfield and Brookham School. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving our digital marketing strategy, including SEO, online partnerships, and paid advertising.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to drive awareness, consideration, and lead generation.
- Manage website development, including regular web copy updates, on-page optimisation, link building, and user experience.
- Develop and manage digital paid advert strategy, including Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram adverts.
- Analyse campaign results and trends to improve future performance.
- Provide insight into the behaviour and perceptions of our target audiences.
- Monitor competitor social activity and websites.
Requirements:
- Degree in marketing or 2 years' experience in digital marketing.
- Proven expertise in all aspects of digital marketing.
- Strong writing and editorial skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and work simultaneously with different messages and different target markets.
