Job Title: Senior Children's Residential Support Worker

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Children's Residential Support Worker to join our team. As a Senior Children's Residential Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to young people in a residential setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead by example and support the management team to run the shift
  • Mentor and support newer staff members
  • Encourage young people to take responsibility for their own lives
  • Maintain a safe and homely environment
  • Deal with challenging behaviors when needed
  • Protect children and young people from risks to their health and welfare
Requirements:
  • NVQ or QCF Level 3 / Level 4 in Children and Young People is ESSENTIAL
  • 2 years experience in a residential children's home environment is ESSENTIAL
  • A full Driving Licence is ESSENTIAL
