Job Title: Reception Teacher

Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Reception Teacher to join our client school's Early Years department. This part-time position will commence in January 2025 and will involve teaching a Reception class.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to promote students' intellectual curiosity and love of learning.
  • Establish a safe and inclusive learning environment that fosters mutual respect among students and staff.
  • Set achievable goals that challenge and motivate students of all backgrounds and abilities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve teaching methods.
  • Conduct assessments to monitor students' progress and adjust instruction accordingly.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status.
  • Degree or Equivalent.
  • Experience teaching at primary school level.
  • Excellent classroom management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and adapt to changing circumstances.
