Creative Partnerships Executive

This role is an exciting opportunity to work with a boutique agency based in London. As a Talent Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for forging strong relationships with VIP creative talent and securing meaningful partnerships.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing influencer talent on behalf of an agency and have a strong portfolio in the creative space. They should also have excellent communication skills and be able to build lasting relationships with creators, helping them to develop and support their ambitions.
A competitive salary of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum is on offer, depending on experience. This role provides a great opportunity for career growth and development within a supportive team environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing junior colleagues as the team expands
- Forging strong relationships with talent and securing partnerships
- Helping to grow the team and expand the agency's portfolio
