Care Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Specialist to join our team at Superior Healthcare. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our clients, with a focus on supporting individuals with complex needs.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a healthcare setting, with a strong understanding of tracheostomy care and ventilation management. You will be confident in your ability to work with children and provide a fun and engaging experience for our clients.
We offer a comprehensive training program, which includes paid clinical training and ongoing support from our experienced team of Nurses and Field Care Supervisors. Responsibilities:
- Support clients with complex needs, including tracheostomy care and ventilation management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families.
- Work collaboratively with our team of Nurses and Field Care Supervisors to ensure exceptional care is provided.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- 6 months professional care experience in the UK, based in a healthcare setting.
- Previous experience working as a Support Worker, including experience with clients who have a fitted tracheostomy.
- A full UK driver's license with access to your own vehicle.
- Confidence in working with children and the ability to make shifts fun and engaging.
