  • Work a wide range of shifts, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our commercial venture.
  • Cover holiday and absence periods, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to the role.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Relevant gym and fitness qualifications, or a willingness to work towards them.
  • Proven industry experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality services.
  • Exceptional customer service and front of house skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Flexibility to work a wide range of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
