The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing innovative Microwave/RF components from concept to finished product, working closely with electronic engineers and other stakeholders.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Product concept development and validation
  • Proposal generation and submission
  • CAD design and detailed product design
  • Mechanical drawing review and feedback
  • Prototype construction and testing
  • Environmental and mechanical testing management
  • Fault finding and troubleshooting
  • Assembly instruction drafting

We are looking for candidates with strong technical skills, including proficiency in CAD tools, experience working to MIL 810 standards, and a background in aerospace or defence industries. A competitive salary of £62,000 - £72,000 per annum is offered, along with opportunities for career advancement and professional growth.
