Production and Facilities Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Production Facility Administrator to join our team at XPEL Technologies Corp. This role will support the installation team in a fast-paced environment, providing them with the necessary resources to undertake their role effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct pre-installation inspections of vehicles to ensure they meet the required standards.
- Drive vehicles around the installation facility to facilitate the installation process.
- Maintain and organize the facility, including stock, vehicles, consumables, and tools.
- Ensure installation bays are stocked with supplies, tools, and parts.
- Wash, clay, and prepare cars to a high standard for installation.
- Plot car components for installation and assist installers with post-installation inspections.
- Clean and wipe down vehicles to prepare them for application and delivery.
- Implement and maintain facility standards, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Perform final quality inspections on outgoing vehicles.
- Perform general cleaning duties within the facility as required.
Requirements
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm.
- Punctuality and excellent timekeeping.
- Ability to work well with others and possess good team-building skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driving license and reliable mode of transport.
- Over the age of 28 years due to facility-required driving restrictions.
- Comfortable using general IT programs such as Excel.
