Production Facility Administrator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Production Facility Administrator to join our team at XPEL Technologies Corp. This role will support the installation team in a fast-paced environment, providing them with the necessary resources to undertake their role effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Conduct pre-installation inspections of vehicles to ensure they meet the required standards.
  2. Drive vehicles around the installation facility to facilitate the installation process.
  3. Maintain and organize the facility, including stock, vehicles, consumables, and tools.
  4. Ensure installation bays are stocked with supplies, tools, and parts.
  5. Wash, clay, and prepare cars to a high standard for installation.
  6. Plot car components for installation to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  7. Assist installers with post-installation inspections to ensure quality and consistency.
  8. Clean and wipe down vehicles to prepare them for application and delivery.
  9. Implement and maintain facility standards to ensure consistency and quality.
  10. Perform final quality inspections on outgoing vehicles to ensure they meet the required standards.

Requirements

  1. Positive attitude and enthusiasm for the role.
  2. Punctuality and excellent timekeeping skills.
  3. Ability to work well with others and possess good team-building skills.
  4. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  5. Valid driving license and reliable mode of transport.
  6. Over the age of 28 years due to facility-required driving restrictions.
  7. Comfortable using general IT programs such as Excel.
