Job Summary

Milk Education is seeking a highly skilled SEN Education Specialist to join our team at Priory School, a Secondary Special Needs school in Croydon. The successful candidate will have extensive experience working with students with Autism and/or complex needs, and will be responsible for providing support and guidance to students in a pastoral team setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support to students with complex needs, including those with Autism
  • Work closely with the Head of Pastoral Care to analyze and report on whole school behavior
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of policy and training packages
  • Support students in achieving their academic and personal goals
Requirements
  • GCSE equivalent to C/4 in Maths and English
  • Level 2 Qualification and above highly desirable
  • Experience working in a similar setting supporting students with SEN
  • Understanding of EHCPs and the SEN Code of Practice highly desirable
