Funding Administration Assistant

Your role will involve supporting the management of grant-funded projects by ensuring compliance with internal systems, maintaining accurate project data, adhering to grant funding rules, and verifying evidence meets required standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the identification and exclusion of ineligible claims to maintain grant compliance.
- Prepare accurate documentation for internal and external audits.
- Collaborate with project managers, staff, and stakeholders to gather and verify necessary grant evidence.
To succeed in this role, you will need previous experience in a similar office-based position, strong administration and IT skills, particularly in MS Office. A flexible, adaptable, and approachable attitude with excellent team-working skills are essential.
What We Offer:- A full-time position with 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
- An estimated hourly rate of £12.67 plus benefits including weekly pay, holiday accrual, and Corporate Conwy Ffit discount.
