Job Title: Corporate Communications Manager

Join IFS as a Corporate Communications Manager and play a key role in driving the company's brand awareness and reputation through strategic external communications programs.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global team and contribute to the development of high-impact communications strategies that position IFS as a thought leader in its field.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement corporate communications programs that align with business goals and enhance the company's reputation globally.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of high-quality corporate communications materials, ensuring consistency across various platforms.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership, and manage relationships to ensure effective communication flow.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of communication programs, using data to drive continuous improvement.
Specific Programs:
  • Press Release Management: Coordinate, plan, and execute customer, partner, and corporate press releases, including media alert development, draft releases, and social post amplification.
  • IFS Blog: Oversee the strategic refresh and ongoing management of the content, act as quality control custodian, and manage targets and benchmarks for success.
  • Regional PR Team Engagement and Communications: Work with Directors to leverage the broader PR team and IFS's global network of PR agencies to build visibility, manage global PR Hub content, and provide global PR call support.
  • Metrics & Reporting – PR Tools: Manage Cision tool management and input into the monthly Presidents Book (PR & Social dashboard).
  • Thought Leadership Content Creation: Participate in the ideation and development of Global PR content, including primary research and industry/technology opinion pieces.
Requirements:
  • 4-7 years of experience in a similar role, in Public Relations or corporate communications (enterprise software / technology strongly preferred).
  • Experience of working in an international and global team preferred.
  • A collaborator & team player, keen to contribute to the team and the business.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, transformational environment to an exacting standard.
  • Ability to communicate directly and concisely to suit internal clients' need of brevity and decisiveness.
  • Proven writing ability.
  • Highly positive, relationship builder with and energetic can-do attitude.
  • Detailed operating knowledge of key social media platforms.
