Individualized Learning Facilitator

**Job Overview:**
We are partnering with Local Councils and SEND teams to provide educational support to individuals who are out of mainstream education. As an Individualized Learning Facilitator, you will play a vital role in supporting these students in achieving their academic goals.
**Main Responsibilities:**
• Provide tailored support to students in core subjects, including Maths, English, and Science.
• Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop effective learning strategies.
• Utilize creative approaches to engage students and foster a love for learning.
**Essential Qualifications and Experience:**
• QTS or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Significant experience working with SEND students or those who are disengaged from mainstream education.
• Ability to think creatively and outside the box.
**What You'll Receive:**
• A generous salary of £38,000 - £42,000 per annum, based on experience.
