We are representing a leading architectural practice seeking an Architectural Technologist to join their team in the Woking area. This is an excellent opportunity to develop a career within a busy, growing team.

This practice specialises in the Residential sector, including low storey new builds and refurbishment. Working with high profile house builders, projects range from 10 to 500 units. The successful candidate should have at least 2 years of post qualification experience in a similar position. Key responsibilities include working on site, liaising with contractors and developers, producing technical detailing, and working on multiple projects using AutoCAD. Knowledge of Revit is highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on site and liaise with contractors and developers
  • Produce technical detailing and working drawings
  • Work on multiple projects using AutoCAD
  • Attend site and work closely with clients

Requirements:

  • Living in or around the Woking area
  • Highly motivated with an excellent work ethic
  • Relevant Degree Qualified; 4 years' experience post qualification
  • Excellent knowledge of construction and AutoCAD
  • Knowledge of Revit is beneficial
