We are seeking an experienced Operations Co-ordinator to join our busy team based in North-East Cambridgeshire. This role will involve scheduling and directing engineers to meet service demands and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling: Scheduling and directing engineers to meet service demands and customer expectations
  • Operations: Ensuring all personnel are being scheduled properly by skill level, efficiency, and training requirements
  • Reporting: Reporting on project information, including estimated time to complete jobs, labour hours, and parts/materials used
  • Communication: Maintaining communication with both suppliers and representatives to ensure the best buying prices are obtained
  • Quality Control: Reviewing work orders, purchase invoices, and time reports for accuracy
  • Invoicing: Invoicing clients in an accurate and timely manner
  • Teamwork: Attending divisional meetings, reporting any operational issues as necessary
  • Supply Chain Management: Ensuring that required parts are ordered in a timely manner to ensure work deadlines are met
