Join Purosearch Ltd as a Registered Manager and lead a dedicated team of care professionals in a well-established, medium-sized care home in Brighton. Our client is committed to providing high-quality care, with a strong focus on creating a safe, supportive, and homely environment for residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of care professionals, promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, maintaining a Good CQC rating.
- Oversee the care and support provided to residents, particularly those with dementia, ensuring their needs are met with compassion and professionalism.
- Develop and implement care plans that reflect individual needs and preferences.
- Manage budgets, resources, and staffing effectively.
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 4 and 5 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
- Proven experience in a managerial role within a care home setting.
- Strong understanding and experience of dementia care.
- Demonstrable experience in maintaining Good CQC ratings or improving care standards.
- A commitment to delivering person-centred care and upholding the highest standards of care quality.
What We Offer:
