Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Head of Product Development and Delivery to lead our engineering teams in delivering high-quality systems and projects. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to embed effective systems engineering practices into our organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement processes and governance that support programme delivery timelines for design and development activities
  • Lead efforts to establish and promote best-in-class systems engineering practices throughout the organisation
  • Provide strong and inspirational leadership to the Engineering teams as they deliver against the portfolio projects

The ideal candidate will have proven experience of building and leading high-performing teams in a product manufacturing and systems engineering environment. They will also have a track record of increasing quality, customer-focus, and revenue growth through effective leadership of an engineering function.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills, with experience of working with data to influence business decisions
What We Offer

This role offers a competitive salary of £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including 27 days' holiday, pension contributions matched up to 9%, private healthcare, and car allowance.
