Reporting to the General Manager - Facilities, you will play a pivotal role in setting the direction of portering, linen, post and stores services within Facilities.

The ideal candidate will have experience of managing large soft FM services and be looking to make a positive impact in the NHS. With overall responsibility for services consisting of circa 100 people and an annual budget, you will lead on service development, improvement and modernisation within your area.

You will work collaboratively with Nursing, Departmental Service Leads and Infection Control teams in relation to the delivery of portering and linen services. The successful candidate will be a confident leader with excellent communication skills, able to develop people to reach business goals in different service areas.

We offer a competitive salary of £46,148 - £52,809 pa pro rata + oncall, plus access to an industry leading pension scheme where your employer pays in 20.6%. You will also benefit from a raft of national and local discount schemes for shopping, holidays, insurance etc.
