About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Services Manager to join our team at one of our care homes in Bristol. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and monitoring the delivery of healthcare services that meet the needs of our residents.

In this rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement person-centred care plans that make a real difference to our residents' day-to-day lives. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure that our residents receive high-quality care and support.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be a Registered Nurse (RGN) with current NMC registration and experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments. You will also need to have an up-to-date knowledge of recent clinical practices and regulatory frameworks.

In return for your dedication and expertise, you will receive a competitive salary of £45,000-£55,000 per annum, plus our sector-leading benefits and rewards package.

Job Requirements

  • Registered Nurse (RGN) qualification and current NMC registration
  • Experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments
