About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Restaurant General Manager to lead one of our high-volume, all-day dining operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales, controlling costs, and maximizing profitability in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead a team of over 30, including Assistant Managers and Supervisors, both front and back of house.
  • Commercial Acumen: Drive sales, control costs, and maximize profitability in a high-volume restaurant environment.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure exceptional customer experiences through effective team management and a focus on quality and service.
  • Financial Management: Manage staff wages and expenditures, as well as maintain accurate financial records and reports.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and actively work on team development to ensure a high-performing team.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 3 years as a Restaurant/General Manager in a high-volume branded restaurant, hotel chain, or food-led pub.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Commercial Skills: Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to drive sales and control costs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Financial Skills: Ability to manage financial records and reports, as well as make informed financial decisions.
