**Job Description**
As a Regional Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional care and support, ensuring the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents are met.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Deliver warm, empathetic, and respectful care and support to residents* Monitor the delivery of care when on duty* Contribute to person-centred care planning process* Record observations on temperature, blood pressure, and other important tasks* Provide support and companionship to residents* Travel across a 20-mile radius to provide care and support*
**Requirements**
* A background in care is essential* Level 2 NVQ in Health & Social Care is required* Good understanding of elderly care and the wider healthcare industry* Ability to work independently and as part of a team* Compassionate and dedicated individual with a passion for people* Own car or ready access to one (mileage covered by employer)* Competitive salary: £28,000 - £34,000 per annum (dependent on location)
