We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Housekeeper to join our team at Norton House in Westminster. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our residents' living spaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the location is clean, pleasant, and safe for customers, adhering to health and safety procedures and using cleaning products effectively.
  • Report to the Location Manager and work collaboratively with the team to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
  • Use cleaning equipment and products safely and efficiently, following COSHH guidelines.
  • Understand and adhere to data protection and confidentiality policies, safeguarding vulnerable adults.
Requirements
  • Customer service NVQ2 or equivalent experience.
  • Previous cleaning experience and knowledge, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
