Business Psychologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Psychologist to join our team at Human Edge. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in shaping and advancing our psychometric assessment suite.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the development and enhancement of assessment products, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
- Manage the entire project lifecycle for creating assessment and development solutions, from gathering requirements to launch.
- Evaluate and update assessment norms to ensure the validity and relevance of products.
- Apply your deep understanding of psychometrics to contribute to the design and validation of assessment tools.
- Master's degree in social sciences (IO psychology preferred)
- 5 to 8 years of relevant professional experience within the consulting and human capital sectors.
- Proven expertise with psychometrics, including the ability to understand and lead the design and validation of assessment tools.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end projects, demonstrating excellent organizational and project management skills.
