Key Responsibilities:- Product owner of the CORE assessment suite
- Lead the development and enhancement of assessment products, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including experts in psychometrics, technology, and consulting.
- Manage the entire project lifecycle for creating assessment and development solutions, from gathering requirements to launch, while ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timelines.
- Demonstrate a proactive and self-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making, allowing for independent and efficient project navigation.
- Evaluate and update assessment norms to ensure the validity and relevance of products, while also exploring opportunities to enhance flexibility in assessment approaches.
- Apply your deep understanding of psychometrics to contribute to the design and validation of assessment tools, maintaining the highest standards of reliability and validity.
- Master's degree in social sciences (IO psychology preferred)
- 5 to 8 years of relevant professional experience within the consulting and human capital sectors.
- Proven expertise with psychometrics, including the ability to understand and lead the design and validation of assessment tools. Extensive experience with SPSS/Jamovi/R (or equivalent) and Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end projects, demonstrating excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to operate independently and make well-informed decisions to drive project success.
- Technical ability to effectively communicate business requirements with technology teams. Sound understanding of assessment-related software.
- Experience in building and managing assessment systems or platforms with focus on user experience would be ideal.
- Any previous exposure to Artificial Intelligence solutions would be desirable.
- Strategic thinking and a keen eye for innovation and improvement.
