Job Title: Clinical Lead for Trauma Informed Care

This is an exciting opportunity to lead an expanded multidisciplinary team delivering a trauma-informed model of care across acute inpatient wards for adults and older adults.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and oversee training programmes to support culture change and embed trauma-informed care at the centre of service transformation.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a standardised approach across services based on evidence-based practice.
  • Work with the team to develop an evaluation and outcomes framework for psychological therapy services and report service activity and outcomes to the commissioning body.

This role requires a strong clinical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
