Mental Health Practitioner

Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a skilled Mental Health Practitioner to join our team. As a key member of our Community Mental Health Team, you will work with service users who have complex mental health needs, providing high-quality interventions and support.
This role requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and a non-judgmental approach. You will be aligned with the Personality Disorder Managed Clinical Network and receive regular supervision from experienced clinicians. If you are passionate about delivering evidence-based practice and making a positive impact on people's lives, we encourage you to apply.
The successful candidate will have a relevant qualification in mental health, preferably ENB 998 or equivalent teaching/supervision qualification. They should also possess experience of working in community mental health settings, risk assessment, and management. Our ideal candidate will be willing to undertake training to deliver NICE-compliant therapies for service users.

We offer competitive salaries commensurate with experience, typically around £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and seniority.
