About the Role

Our client is a leading private equity firm investing in consumer businesses across Europe. We are seeking a highly experienced Principal to join our Consumer Investment Team, focusing on growth and buyout opportunities in the consumer space.

As a key member of the team, you will leverage our extensive network to source and originate deals, and take a lead role in deal structuring and due diligence. You will also play a key role in portfolio management, working closely with management teams to drive value creation and anticipate exit scenarios.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record in consumer deal-making, with experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development. You will have excellent analytical and financial modelling skills, as well as exceptional project management and organisational capabilities.
