Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our client on a high-end commercial property in Chelsea, South West London. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out Planned Preventative and Reactive Maintenance, ensuring all site logbooks and documents are updated regularly, and providing excellent customer service.

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced engineer to develop their skills in commercial maintenance, gain valuable career experience, and become part of a tight-knit team. As a Commercial Engineer Specialist, you will work on a range of tasks including Single and Three Phase Power, Motors, Generators (on/off load tests), UPS, Shutdowns, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm Test, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, CRAC units, Sprinkler Systems, Pumps BMS Operation, and quotations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out Planned Preventative and Reactive Maintenance
- Ensure all site logbooks and documents are updated regularly
- Provide excellent customer service
- Respond to emergencies on site
- Fault find on M&E systems
- Quotations

Requirements:
- Fully qualified in either Electrical Installations or a Mechanically relevant engineering course (City and Guilds/NVQ/EAL or equivalent)
- At least 3 years experience in commercial maintenance
- Polite and personable

Benefits:
