About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacist to join our team in General Practice. As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will play a vital role in supporting and working alongside a team of pharmacists to provide clinical leadership on medicines optimisation and quality improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the repeat prescription system and deal with acute prescription requests
  • Provide clinical leadership on medicines optimisation and quality improvement
  • Manage some aspects of the quality and outcomes framework and enhanced services

Requirements

  • Completion of an undergraduate degree in pharmacy and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as a team member and autonomously
