About the Role
As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for growing an existing database of clients, bringing on new business, and evaluating client staffing requirements.
Sales Advisor Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for looking after and growing an existing database of clients
- Bringing on new business and creating leads
- Evaluate client's staffing requirements and assess how best to meet their needs
- Attract new candidates who match your clients' vacancies and promote them to your clients
- Ensure that candidates are fully prepared for interview
- Manage the entire recruitment process, negotiating offers between your clients and candidates and after service contact
- General administration

- Brilliant face to face & on the phone
- Sales or recruitment experience
- Self-motivated and driven
- Able to work well under pressure
