About the Role


As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for growing an existing database of clients, bringing on new business, and evaluating client staffing requirements.


Sales Advisor Key Responsibilities



  • Responsible for looking after and growing an existing database of clients
  • Bringing on new business and creating leads
  • Evaluate client's staffing requirements and assess how best to meet their needs
  • Attract new candidates who match your clients' vacancies and promote them to your clients
  • Ensure that candidates are fully prepared for interview
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, negotiating offers between your clients and candidates and after service contact
  • General administration
