Mental Health Assistant

This role is ideal for a Psychology Graduate or an individual with experience supporting children with ASD, ADHD, and SEN. At Academics, we are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Professional to join our team in Maidenhead.

The successful candidate will support two pupils: one with SEMH and another with ASD and ADHD. The role may involve:

  • Assisting with behaviour management in the classroom.
  • Providing additional support for students' understanding of teacher instructions.
  • Delivering 1:1 or small group sessions in the classroom or Learning Support department.
  • Recording pupil progress.

We offer a competitive salary of £80-90 per day, reflecting the importance of this role in supporting students' learning and well-being.
