Red Bull UK is seeking an experienced Treasury Management professional to join its London team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's accounts receivable function, ensuring timely cash collection and minimizing bad debt exposure.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in credit risk management, financial accounting, and reporting. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate information verbally, in writing, and using graphical tools as necessary.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, supporting the company's financial health and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Credit Risk and Accounts Receivable Management: Oversee the accounts receivable function, maximizing cash collection and mitigating bad debt exposure.
  • People Management: Manage a team of three, defining short, medium, and long-term operational goals, and owning monthly, quarterly, and yearly performance appraisals.
  • Business Partnering: Establish and develop key senior internal and external stakeholder relationships, becoming a credible Business Partner at all levels.

Requirements:

  • CIMA/ACCA/AAT/CICM qualifications or equivalent experience.
  • Strong experience in credit risk management, financial accounting, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft products.
  • Demonstrated success in maximizing incoming cash receipts and improving accounts receivable processes.
