Purchase Ledger Clerk Job Description

Venture Recruitment Partners is seeking a skilled Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounts payable and be proficient in Microsoft Office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process supplier invoices in a timely and accurate manner
  • Reconcile monthly supplier statements to ensure accuracy
  • Prepare weekly payment runs for approval
Requirements:
  • Experience in Purchase Ledger/Accounts Payable
  • Good Microsoft Office knowledge
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisation and communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and develop strong working relationships
