Venture Recruitment Partners is seeking a highly skilled Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis. As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for processing supplier invoices, reconciling monthly supplier statements, and preparing weekly payment runs for approval.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and verify supplier invoices for accuracy and completeness
- Reconcile monthly supplier statements to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies
- Prepare and submit weekly payment runs for approval, ensuring timely payment to suppliers
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Purchase Ledger/Accounts Payable, with a strong understanding of financial processes and procedures
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, with proficiency in Excel and other financial software
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
