  • Process and verify supplier invoices for accuracy and completeness
  • Reconcile monthly supplier statements to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies
  • Prepare and submit weekly payment runs for approval, ensuring timely payment to suppliers

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Purchase Ledger/Accounts Payable, with a strong understanding of financial processes and procedures
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, with proficiency in Excel and other financial software
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
