We are partnering with a growing company to recruit an experienced Part Time Purchase Ledger Assistant. The successful candidate will have a working knowledge of Sage 50 purchase ledger or similar, and be confident in using Excel. The role involves receiving purchase ledger invoices, checking, coding and data entry, as well as month-end supplier statement reconciliation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Receiving purchase ledger invoices via PDF / supplier portals.
* Purchase ledger invoice checking, coding and data entry.
* Purchase ledger filing.
* Month-end supplier statement reconciliation.
Requirements:
* Previous purchase ledger/accounts experience.
* Confidence in using Excel.
