Support Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Support Professional to join our team at SeeAbility in Bicester. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and independence of our service users with learning disabilities and autism.
Key Responsibilities- Daily Care and Support: Assist with personal care, meal preparation, medication management, and daily living tasks to promote the health and well-being of our service users.
- Building Relationships: Develop strong, trusting relationships with our service users, understanding their needs, preferences, and goals to provide person-centred support.
- Empowering Independence: Assist with personal goals, daily activities, and long-term aspirations to promote independence and self-reliance.
- Social Engagement: Support social activities, holidays, and hobbies to ensure our service users can enjoy their interests and participate in their community.
- Respect and Dignity: Treat our service users, their families, and colleagues with respect, dignity, and equality.
We support individuals with a range of needs, including those with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. Our service users are unique and have different interests, preferences, and goals. As a Support Professional, you will work closely with our service users to understand their needs and provide tailored support.
