Job Title: Transformation Finance Business Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Transformation Finance Business Analyst to join our team in Maidenhead. As a key member of our Finance Transformation programme, you will play a pivotal role in analysing and documenting finance processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to optimise our financial operations.

About the Role:
  • Work alongside two other Business Analysts to analyse and document finance processes.
  • Conduct risk profiling and optimisation of finance processes.
  • Develop a clear understanding of the Group's finance processes and identify key control points.
  • Liaise with stakeholders at all levels to gather information and document processes.
  • Use critical thinking to balance conflicting views and document clear and concise processes.
Requirements:
  • Accounting qualifications and knowledge of key accounting processes.
  • Background in audit or finance experience.
  • Varied Data/Finance Systems experience and knowledge.
  • Ability to independently write Business Process documents according to prescribed standards.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Experience within finance functions or business process analysis.
  • Experience of working in a multi-site, multi-location organisation with distributed Finance teams.
